Payments, Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Business360 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services through the website business360.lk, you (the user, merchant, client) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Business360, including subscription-based website services.

1.2 By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1.3 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.


2. Subscription Services

2.1 Our subscription services include pre-designed website templates, hosting, domain registration, Basic SEO optimization, backend order management training, payment gateway integration, and other features as described on our website.

2.2 .The subscription fee is Rs. 4,990 per month and is valid for the particular month only. Subscription fees paid at the beginning of every month are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.3 The subscription fee covers:

  • Domain and hosting costs.
  • Initial website setup and maintenance for the subscription period.
  • Backend training and support as outlined in our package.

2.4 Add-ons and extras, such as custom shipping options, will be charged separately as per our published rates.

2.5 The domain names you suggested during the checkout process are acquired subject to availability. If the domain name you suggest has already been taken, you will be suggested with similar domain names.

2.6 The set-up fee is Rs. 15,000 – a one-time payment which is paid during the website initiation, and it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.7 Upon successful completion of the website, the client should pay the monthly subscription to initiate the website launch. Subsequently, the subscription will be renewed every month on the date the website was launched. (i.e: If your website was launched on the 25th of January, the subscription should be renewed on every 25th of each month.


3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the setup process.

3.2 Clients will be provided with curated access for easier back-end navigation.

3.3 Clients must not use our services for unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent transactions.
  • Hosting prohibited content such as hate speech, explicit material, or illegal goods.
  • Engaging in phishing, spamming, or other malicious activities.
  • Any activities prohibited under the prevailing laws of Sri Lanka.

If a client is found guilty of any such activities, their website will be terminated immediately and without appeal.

3.4 Clients are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and ensuring their account security.

3.5 Clients are fully responsible for the content they post on the website. Business360, its parent company, and its partners will not be held liable for any legal or ethical consequences resulting from unlawful activities related to the content posted by client.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 All payments must be made in advance as per the subscription plan selected.

4.2 Payment methods include online payments and any other modes explicitly listed on our website.

4.3 Subscription fees paid at the beginning of the month are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4.4 The setup fee paid during the website initiation is non-refundable under any circumstances.


5. Service Limitations and Modifications

5.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

5.2 We are not responsible for downtime, service interruptions, or loss of data caused by third-party hosting providers or technical issues beyond our control.


6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All website designs, templates, and associated content provided by Business360 remain our/respective provider’s intellectual property.

6.2 Clients may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our designs or services without our explicit written consent.

6.3 Business360 is a trademark of its parent company Universal Networks (www.universalnet.works).


7. Unpaid Invoices and Termination

7.1 Business360 reserves the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Upon termination, access to the website and related services will be revoked, and any remaining advance payments will be forfeited.

7.3 Clients must provide a 30-day notice for service cancellation.

7.4 If the invoice remains unpaid due to a payment failure or insufficient funds, the account owner will be notified immediately via email. A follow-up reminder will be sent 24 hours later, urging prompt action to resolve the issue. This notification will also include a warning that your website may be suspended if the invoice is not settled.

7.5 If the payment remains outstanding for three days following the initial failure, your website will be suspended. At this point, you will receive a final warning that your website may be permanently deleted if the payment is not made.

7.6 After five days of non-payment, your website will be permanently deleted.

7.7 If the invoice is still unpaid seven days after the charge failure, your account will be blacklisted.

For any billing-related issues, clarifications, or concerns, clients must contact Business360 support via [email protected] promptly.


8. Liability and Disclaimer

8.1 Business360 will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8.2 We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to increased sales or search engine rankings.

8.3 Clients agree to indemnify and hold Business360 harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from their use of our services.

8.4 Visa, Master and Amex Services will be facilitated through Dialog Genie Business. Client will be connected to one of their sales representatives to set up the Genie Business account. It’s beyond Business360’s or Universal Networks control over the approval process, rates and any subscriptions pertaining to their service. Matters arising out of the payments, disputes or concerns pertaining to Dialog Genie Business should be directly liaised with their respective support channels. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Business360 and its parent Universal Networks harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the use of their services.

8.5 Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services will be facilitated through KOKO Pay. Client will be connected to one of their sales representatives to set up the KOKO Pay account. It’s beyond Business360’s or Universal Networks control over the approval process, rates and any subscriptions pertaining to their service. Matters arising out of the payments, disputes or concerns pertaining to KOKO Pay should be directly liaised with their respective support channels. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Business360 and its parent Universal Networks harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the use of their services.


9. Privacy Policy

9.1 All client data collected during the subscription process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

9.2 We will not share client data with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.


10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
